The Film is Produced by Pawan Kalyan and Sharath Marar jointly under the banners of Pawan Kalyan Creative Works and Northstar Entertainment in association with Eros International. SGS Movie features Pawan Kalyan and Kajal Aggarwal in the lead role. Sharad Kelkar plays the antagonist. It is a sequel to Pawan Kalyan’s 2012 release Gabbar Singh. The Movie is also being dubbed in Hindi Version with the same name. It is Slated to release worldwide release on 8th April 2016 along with a Hindi dubbed version. Sardaar Gabbar Singh Movie touted as one of the biggest movies of 2016, it marks the comeback of Pawan Kalyan, who had taken a breaking from acting to focus on his political career. The first look teaser of the movie has been creating ripples in the media, ever since the project was announced. Power Star Pawan Kalyan penned the story and screenplay of this Movie. He also plays the protagonist of the film. Kajal Aggarwal plays the female lead and Sharad Kelkar plays the antagonist by marking his Telugu debut. Arthur A. Wilson did the cinematographer work and Devi Sri Prasad composed the score.
On 7th April 2016, the movie makers had released two new promos of Sardaar Gabbar Singh movie. Both the promos that have been released will definitely increase the enthusiasm for the Power fans to go and watch the movie. Power Star said in a statement that ‘this Movie has a universal story and filmmaking cannot be restricted to a certain area or demographics and our film attempts a unique connect with India, especially the Hindi belt. The distribution rights of Nizam region were acquired by Dilip Tandon of Indra Films for Rs. 200 million.’ SGS Movie is Made with a Budget of Rs. 75 Crore INR.
Music: The soundtrack of the film was composed by Devi Sri Prasad who also Written the lyrics for the song “Khakee Chokka”. The Full audio was released on 20th March 2016 at Novotel in Hyderabad where Pawan Kalyan’s elder brother, Tollywood Megastar Chiranjeevi attended as chief guest. Lyrics for two songs were Written by Ananta Sriram and the remaining three songs were penned by Ramajogayya Sastry.
